Programming for CrossFit strength, endurance and preparation

The CrossFit Open 2022 is still 36 weeks away. You need to start your training blocks now.

Someone asked me how I would program an 8 week CrossFit Cycle and I had to say I wouldn’t. To be honest, I prefer 12, 14 or 16 weeks programming Blocks because I think 8 weeks is just too short to have any meaningful effect.
